To Lose: Don't scare anyone in one shot or run into the chainsaws. 

Detailed Description:

In A Normal Day At The Library , your objective is making  everyone die as fast as possible. You will controll a crazy human which can shoot itself in order to scare others. When committing suicide, you will only scare people fitting in the screen and will then take control over one of them. That is why you lose the game if you can't get to control other human. Moreover, your human will get crazier as the red bar goes down, being crazier means you will have less field of view, more speed and will be closer to automatically killing yourself.
